Terms of service

1. Introduction

Welcome to the lette.io proxy service (the "Service") and the accompanying website (the "Website"), provided by Raphael Bicker Services ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms of service (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service and the Website. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service and the Website. By accessing or using the Service or the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service or the Website.

2. Eligibility

The Service and the Website are intended for use by organizations that use Exchange Online and wish to access their mailblockes using basic authentication.

3. Permissions

To configure the Service, you must allow the Website to sign you in and read basic profile information using your Azure Active Directory account. In addition, you must give the Service permission to access the mailblockes you wish to access through the lette.io proxy using IMAP. You may only use the Website and the Service if you are authorized to do so by your organization.

4. Subscription

The Service is a paid service. A 14-day free trial is available and can be started by the user after signing in to the Website. At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically start unless it has been canceled by the user. The subscription will be charged based on the number of mailblockes configured within the Website's console. The subscription can be canceled at any time through the Website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the payment period. Payment will be charged on a monthly basis. Changes to the number of mailblockes within a payment period will be prorated. Any leftover prorations will not be refunded upon cancellation. All payments are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and the Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the Website, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service or the Website. We do not warrant that the Service or the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service or the Website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service and the Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service or the Website, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution in force on the date on which the Notice of Arbitration is submitted in accordance with these Rules. The seat of the arbitration shall be Lucerne, Switzerland. The tribunal shall be composed of three arbitrators. The language of the arbitration shall be English or German.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or the Website at any time for any reason without notice or liability. We also reserve the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service and the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of us or our content suppliers and protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Service and the Website is the exclusive property of us and protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. All software used on the Service and the Website is the property of us or our software suppliers and protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. You may not use any content or software on the Service or the Website for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

The lette.io proxy, lette.io, and the lette.io logo are trademarks of Raphael Bicker Services. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
